簡介Introduction
QuiSEAL是一種由載流體、短鏈聚合物、單體、聚合引發劑組成的特殊流體，其中水化短鏈聚合物是重要活性單元，固體組分是密封劑體系內的單體和聚合物在聚合活性物作用下交聯形成。密封流體是一種特殊乳液，分散相位是一類具有活性內核的顆粒，活性內核的惰性殼層在外界作用下破裂，在管柱微泄漏孔隙內反應堆疊，實施原位密封，達到完整性快速修復目的。
QuiSEAL is a specialized fluid composed of a carrier fluid, short-chain polymers, monomers, and polymerization initiators. Among these components, the hydrated short-chain polymers serve as crucial active units. Solids within the sealing system are formed through the cross-linking of monomers and polymers under the influence of polymerization activators. The sealing fluid is a unique emulsion where the dispersed phase consists of particles with an active core. The inert shell layer surrounding the active core can rupture under external influences, allowing the active particles to react and stack within micro-leakage pores of the tubular column. This process enables in-situ sealing, thereby achieving rapid restoration of integrity.

l There is no need to locate leakage points or drill out plugs. After filling and repairing, wellbore cleaning is simple, and the process is non-corrosive to the wellbore;
l It can withstand temperatures up to 150℃, achieves a compressive strength of 20.0MPa after plugging, and is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, ensuring long-term reliability.

包裝Packaging
采用鍍鋅桶或塑料桶包裝，包裝牢固、密封良好，可根據用戶需求提供200L、50L和噸桶三種分裝規格。
